This bread slicer model is made to slice 1 bread at a time. It is ideal for supermarkets and shops where the customer is offered the choice to slice bread. Due to the easy operating system it can be positioned where the customer can slice their bread by themself or by an employee The unit has a tray at the bottom to collect bread crumbs. The blades are easy to replace when they eventually become blunt and can be send in for sharpening.
